Spoko wodza

Wyslalem takiego maila do Komisji Europejskiej:
"Hi, i was thinking about registering a car in Denmark, i am a citizen of Poland, but live in Denmark. But i found out that when i want to register my car (car is now registered in Poland, or other used car from other EU country) in Denmark i have to get a special car check. Of course i have a Polish car check, which has to be done every year - that`s how it works in Poland.
Why i am writting about it. In september 2009 Poland has lost a case against European Comission, because when someone wanted to register a car from foreign country in Poland (for egzample from Germany, where they have TUV - car check, which has to be done every 2 years) he had to have a new - polish - car check. After losing the case Poland has to respect now, f.e. the German TUV, no more car check when registering a used car from foreign country (EU).
My question is ... is the law in Denmark not correct and is it also against EU rules - the same as it was in Poland? - because the situation with having a new car check when registering car from foreign country (EU) is the same as in Poland - you have to pay and get a new one - so it`s a discrimination of foreign cars (if you buy used car in foreign country - you have to pay and get new car check, if you buy used car in Denmark - u don`t need to have new car check) and probably against EU rule - free movement of goods.
And if the law in Denmark is against EU rule - free movement of goods (as it was in Poland) - what has to be done to make it right?"
