Wiec Dunczyk mieszkajacy cale zycie w Danii, ozeniony z Polka musi wplacic ponad 50tys kaucji, miec odpowiedni dochod, warunki mieszkaniowe, a Polak przyjezdzajacy do pracy moze tak sobie sciagnac zone i dostanie ona wszystko?

Tak to juz jest Piatka :) Ale tez Polak ktory straci prace musi opuscic Danie w ciagu pol roku. A zona takiego Polaka, jezeli bedzie chciala sie z nim rozwiesc to bedzie musiala od razu wrocic do kraju, chyba ze znajdzie w miedzyczasie prace na caly etat. A ta ktora ma za meza Dunczyka, bedzie miala pomoc od komune. Oczywiscie wyplacona z kaucji wniesionej przez meza ;)

Requirements relating to your spouse/partner in Denmark
Your spouse/partner who is a Danish resident must:
be a Danish citizen or a citizen of one of the other Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland) or
hold a Danish residence permit granted on the grounds of asylum or Protected Status, or
have held a permanent Danish residence permit for at least three years
Furthermore, he or she:
must reside permanently in Denmark.must have adequate accommodation at his or her disposal. This is known as the housing requirement.
must be able to support you. In most cases, this requirement will be met if your spouse/partner has not received public assistance under the terms of the Active Social Policy Act (lov om aktiv socialpolitik) or the Integration Act (integrationsloven) for at least 12 months prior to the application being processed by the Immigration Service.
must post DKK 56,567 in bank-backed collateral to pay for any public assistance paid to you by your municipality after you relocate to Denmark. This is known as the collateral requirement.
must not have been convicted of violent acts against a former spouse/partner within a period of 10 years prior to your application being processed.

"Kan familien komme med?
Familiemedlemmer til arbejdstagere fra Bulgarien, Estland, Letland, Litauen, Polen, Rumænien, Slovakiet, Slovenien, Tjekkiet og Ungarn vil kunne følge med til landet.
Det er et krav, at ansøgeren kan dokumentere ægteskab eller slægtskab i form af kopi af en vielsesattest eller en fødselsattest.
Familiemedlemmer, som er EU/EØS-statsborgere, fær et registreringsbevis.
Er der tale om et familiemedlem, som er tredielands-statsborger, skal familiemedlemmet udfylde et stamkort (findes bagest i ansøgningsskemaet) til brug for udstedelse af et opholdsbevis. Dette gives for samme periode som hovedansøgerens registreringsbevis.
Der kan ansøges om registrerings- eller opholdsbevis til medfølgende familie ved brug af ansøgningsskemaet til arbejdstager, eller der kan indgives separat ansøgning til en dansk repræsentation i udlandet eller til Udlændingeservice eller det lokale politi i Danmark.
Sager om familiesammenføring til arbejdstagere fra de ti EU-lande behandles af Udlændingeservice. Hvis Udlændingeservice giver afslag, kan der klages til Integrationsministeriet."

Can families come too?
Family members of workers from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary are permitted to come to Denmark as well.
Applicants must submit a copy of a marriage licence or a birth certificate as documentation of marriage or blood relation.
Family members who are EU citizens will receive a proof of registration.
Family members from non-EU countries must fill out a personal data card (found in the application form), which will be used to issue a residence card. The permit is valid for the same length of time as the spouse or the applying family member.
Those applying for residence permits for accompanying family members can use either the employee application form or by applying at a Danish diplomatic mission abroad, a police station in Denmark or at the offices of the Immigration Service.
An application for family reunification to workers from the aforementionned countries will be examined by the Danish Immigration Service. If the Immigration Service rejects the application, the applicant can file a complaint with the Ministry of Immigration, Refugee and Integration Affairs.
